What does 'exclusive territory' mean?
When you rent a site from us, you get exclusive access to that market. We will never rent the same site or territory to a competing business. You own all the leads from that market.
Are there any setup fees?
No. We build and rank the sites at our own expense before renting them. Your first payment begins once the site is live and generating leads.
How does billing work?
You'll be billed a flat monthly fee at the start of each month. All leads generated are included—no per-lead charges. We accept all major credit cards and ACH transfers.
What's included in the monthly rental?

What are the contract terms?
We offer flexible month-to-month agreements. While we recommend at least 6 months to see full SEO results, you can cancel with 30 days notice if it's not working for you.
